Aronov Brings Burlington Coat Factory To Montgomery East Plaza

Montgomery, Alabama - Aronov Realty Management, Inc. is pleased to announce that Burlington Coat Factory (NYSE: BCF) will open its first central Alabama store in the space formerly occupied by Home Quarters in the Montgomery East Plaza Shopping Center. The grand opening of the store is scheduled for Thursday, September 5, 2002.

Burlington Coat Factory will occupy over 85,000 square feet and offer shoppers a distinctive mix of name-brand and private label fashion apparel and furnishings. With a "no-frills" approach to shopping, Burlington Coat Factory is able to offer merchandise at up to 60% less than other department stores, which appeals to a broad range of customers. Operating more than 310 stores nationwide, Burlington Coat Factory has outlets in 42 states. The Montgomery store will be the fifth Alabama location for the popular retailer.

In addition to Burlington Coat Factory, Aronov also welcomes Ruby Tuesday, Sunday Dinner, Buffet City, and Dinette Gallery to Montgomery East Plaza. The community center is well located at the intersection of Eastern Boulevard and Atlanta Highway.
