New Top Level Management Appointed for
Shopping Center Division at Aronov
Montgomery, Alabama - Aronov Realty Management, Inc. recently announced the
hiring of John Bemis as Senior Vice President of Aronov's Shopping Center
Division, and the promotion of Robin Raiford to Vice President of Management
and Marketing for the same division.
"In their new positions, John Bemis and Robin Raiford bring outstanding
talent and years of success in our industry to their tasks of operating,
leasing and marketing a diverse portfolio of shopping centers for our own
account and our third-party clients," states Jake Aronov, Chairman and CEO
of Aronov. "They will play important roles in our future growth and
success," he continued.
Mr. Bemis has been involved in the management of retail properties since the
mid-eighties, most recently as Senior Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle
where he directed the leasing and merchandising efforts for 12 regional
malls. At Aronov, he is responsible for managing the shopping center
division and its assets, which includes more than 60 shopping centers in 11
Southeastern states. Mr. Bemis holds a BS in Business Administration from
Central Michigan University.
Robin Raiford has managed marketing programs for retail, multifamily,
commercial and residential developments at Aronov since 1980. Her new
responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and marketing for
Aronov's retail properties. She holds a BS in Business Administration from
Auburn University, an MBA from Mercer University, and a CMD from the
International Council of Shopping Centers. Mrs. Raiford has been a faculty
member of the Marketing Institute of the International Council of Shopping
Centers and has won numerous awards for the creation and implementation of
outstanding advertising and marketing programs.
Aronov is the largest privately-owned, fully diversified real estate company
in the Southeast with over 100 properties, and performs acquisitions,
development, management, leasing and brokerage services for its portfolio
and property owned by third parties.
